Forno Stria

Stria is a bakery where the bread rises with sourough and it is made of wholewheat flours coming from ancient grains. Its identity is given by handmade lettering and a sign that draws the different features of the project: types of bread, shelves of wheat, jars of sourdough and the organic landscape. The colours are taken from the different types of dough and the drawings – in the prints and in the window vinyls – warm up the minimal interior design of the shop.

Stria è un forno dove il pane lievita con la pasta madre ed è fatto con farine integrali provenienti da grani antichi. La sua identità è data da un lettering fatto a mano e da un segno che va a disegnare le diverse peculiarità del progetto: tipi di pani, spighe, vasetti di pasta madre e un paesaggio biologico. I colori riflettono quelli degli impasti e i disegni – sulla grafica stampata e sulle vetrofanie – danno calore all’arredamento minimale del locale.
