Il Brodo di Natale in Emilia-Romagna is a journey from house to house along the Via Emilia, from Piacenza to Rimini, to discover the recipes and memories linked to the first course in broth on Christmas day.
Anolini, cappelletti, tortellini… to each city, town, village, its own gastronomic tradition, inextricably linked to family memories that we would like never to be lost and to a strong identity that remind us how much we are the same, even in difference.
